Morning Announcements (3/17/21)
Good Morning! Today is Wednesday, March 17, 2021 and here are today’s announcements:
Attention Seniors: Please check your email to submit your senior quote and to vote for mock elections. They are due by March 26th.
Attention Sophomores and Juniors: CTC applications are now available in the office. Applications are due to Mrs. Sutten no later March 19. Please Mrs. Sutten if you have any questions.
Attention 9-12th grade boys: Anyone interested in playing JV or Varsity Baseball stop by Mr Grundy's Room to Signup. Practice Begins on Monday March 22nd.
There will be a meeting for high school girls interested in varsity track on Thursday at 12:00 noon in the media center. High School boys interested in varsity track will meet Thursday at the end of 6th hr in Mr. Keeler’s room. Practice will begin Monday, March 22 after school.
Students: If you have not yet redeemed your Valentine’s Day Trivia coupon for the School Store, they expire March 19th. See Ms. Baker or Mrs. Louwers before or after school to claim your prize.
Students: It’s time to show your Eagle spirit! March 22nd-26th is our kick-off to spring break spirit week. The posters for each day are in the MHS cafeteria. Prizes awarded for the class with the highest percentage of participation. The spirit days are:
Monday--MASKerade (semi-formal)
Tuesday-- PJs Show Up How You Woke Up
Wednesday-- Class Colors Day 7th grade-grey, 8th grade--yellow, 9th grade--pink, 10th grade--green, 11th grade--orange, 12th grade--black, Teachers-- Your MHS Staff shirt
Thursday-- Heroes & Villains
Friday-- Maroon & White
High School Students: Please check your email for the link from your Class Adviser to nominate Snowcoming Court 2021 Class Reps.
High School Students: Please check your email by the end of the week for a survey about Prom 2021. Your feedback will help with the planning.
The Snowcoming court ceremony will be on Friday March 26th during 5th hour (it’s a half day). Rehearsal for all Class Reps is Thursday March 25th during 5th hour. Class Reps-- please return your Class Rep form to Ms. Baker ASAP.
